I see my clients as partners for the long term. Further, many of my clients become friends, and many of my friends become clients. I love my work, and working with people who are just as passionate about their own craft. It brings me the greatest joy connecting people with new perspectives of their own audience, acting upon understanding, and watching the outcomes flourish.

In fact, pencil on paper can be too late. The following continuum is essential for purposeful design, enabling the outcomes people want. Designing without understanding is designing with no meaning. As there's no single measure for what's effective in design, your approach need's to be unique to each scenario.
